EEG and EDS measurements in regards to Arthur Franklin’s Original Light Table:
Electro Dermal Screening (EDS) uses a sensitive ohm meter to measure the electrical activity at specific points on the skin. These points are collectively known as Voll Acupuncture Points. The average reading from a healthy individual is 1.25 volts, which is reflected in a reading of 50. Higher voltages will reflect readings above 50 indicating inflammation, overactive organ systems and general excessive patterns. Readings below 50 indicate weak or degenerative pathology. When the second number is lower than the first this is called an indicator drop and is written as 60/40 for example. An indicator drop reflects a poor ability of the measured organ to hold a charge.

The EEG values are different to summarize as a group, however they do reflect the subjective comments of each volunteer. For volunteers who reported feeling ‘spacey’ before the light table treatment there was a decrease in the slow brain waves and a slight increase in the focused waves of SMR and Beta. For volunteers who were feeling ‘stressed’ before the treatment, Alpha and the other slow brain waves (theta, delta) would increase and Beta and high Beta (physical tension) decreased.
Overall the Original Light Table treatments showed a significant and measurable balancing effect on both the Central Nervous System and the Organ/Meridian electrical currents as measured by the EEG and EDS, respectively. I am confident in personally recommending the healing benefits of the Original Light Table.
